LeagueHub is built for small, private leagues — the data below is what's needed to run leagues, events, standings, and communication between members, nothing more.
What we collect
How we use it
To run the app: showing you your leagues, events, and standings; delivering chat/DM messages and notifications; letting league admins manage their league. We also use your email to send optional notification emails if you've opted in, and to send account-related emails (like password resets) that aren't optional.
Who can see your data
Members of a league you join can see your name, profile photo, scores, standings, and anything you post in that league's chat or send them directly. League admins additionally see your email and role. We don't sell your data or share it with advertisers.
Service providers
We use a small number of providers to run LeagueHub, each only for its specific job:
Cookies and sign-in
The web app uses a single essential cookie to keep you signed in — set by our authentication provider, not by any advertising or tracking service. It's required for the app to function and isn't used to track you across other sites. The mobile app uses a securely stored sign-in token instead of cookies.
Data retention and deletion
You can permanently delete your account at any time — see Account deletion for how. Deleting your account erases your name, email, and profile photo, and revokes your sign-in immediately. Scores, event results, and season standings you contributed to are kept (shown as "Deleted User") so other members' league history stays accurate — this is the one thing deletion doesn't remove.
Children
LeagueHub isn't directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect data from them.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the app changes. Material changes will be reflected here with an updated date.
